Script Recognition: A Convoluted Neural Approach

The proposal under consideration is to develop a user interactive recognition system offering the following choices
I. User IDE is designed in Visual Basic giving option of either selecting or retrieving a character to be recognized.
II. Feature Extraction models like Zernike moments, Zonning, Direction Profiles and Extremas capable of transforming the shape properties to Numerical values.
III. Neural network Back-propagation classifier capable of classifying the character into one of the character class.
