This paper explicates the process of expanding and enriching needfinding through narrative inquiry. Through this we were able to identify needs and, thus, facilitate the design-process of a viable community.

Her research focuses especially on critical factors in using information and communication technology to support and enable information exchange and knowledge creation in these types of groups.

Anna Ståhlbröst

Anna Ståhlbröst is a PhD student in Social Informatics. Her research interests are methods for creating and evaluating innovative technology. She especially focuses on developing methods that identifies and takes user needs into consideration in different use situations. Anna’s research has a strong relation to a Living Lab organisation in which most of her studies occur.
